Batwork takes pre-selection very seriously and has the most demanding selection criteria in the field of home cleaning. All pre-selected candidates have at least two years of cleaning experience (including home cleaning, hotel or office work). We make sure that the persons have either a Swiss nationality or a valid work permit (B or C) and reside in Switzerland. Finally, all cleaners must have a clean criminal record.
