What happens after I hire my employee ?

Once the recruitment process is complete, you can choose between two services:

1. The option "Take and leave" allows you to manage the employment relationship and the declaration of your employee yourself. After a one-off payment of CHF 299.-, Batwork's only service is limited to giving you access to the contact details of your employee.
